This is the rental side of the duplex. It has a large kitchen, big bathroom with a tub and shower in an atrium setting, a double bed, and single bed in the living room used for extra seating and sleeping. There are lots of large west windows, bringing in lots of light. The house is completely furnished with kitchen appliances, bedding, towels, cable TV and internet. We are surrounded by 3 8 foot brick walls, with a stone wall with a metal gate in front--very secure and safe for pets.  The three sides are landscaped, with a large back yard with a cement table and umbrella, a washing machine and clotheslines. The jardin is a flat 4 block walk, the biblioteca is 2 blocks, and the artisans' market is 1 block away. The neighborhood is very quiet at night. Even during the day, noise is muted by the stone wall and bushes. Lupe, my assistant, comes almost every day, cleans once a week, and sees to any maintenance that is necessary. The gardener comes once a week.
